A must eat spot for your pizza cravings!!! We had a deep dish w/ our fav toppings, and a Caesar salad (it was enough to feed 3 people). So filling & delish! Also pictured is a tiny, snickerdoodle cookie w/ a scoop of icecream. Heads up, it’s literally like the size of 1 actual cookie (1-2 bits), just enough to meet your sugar craving but not a full dessert size fyi. The service & atmosphere has ALWAYS been excellent from the hostess to the wait staff including the “bus boys.” It’s a moderate sized dining room, would recommend reservations but they stop taking reservations during their busiest dinner-time hours on weekends. Still, we didn’t have to wait despite going right at 7pm. The bartenders made the cocktails to order & the wine section was perfect. Highly recommend & will be back! Plenty of parking in attached, free lot Accessible Take out also available, pre-order though! Pro-Tip: Sit at the bar if there’s not a table available, still able to enjoy the grub & environment if you’re not able to get into a booth or table right away.

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria in downtown Naperville (at 131 West Jefferson Ave) is the real deal for authentic Chicago-style deep dish—it's one of the best spots in the area if you're craving that legendary buttery crust, gooey cheese, and chunky tomato sauce that defines the classic. The location right in the heart of charming downtown Naperville makes it super convenient—great for dine-in after strolling around the Riverwalk or shops, with a cozy, welcoming vibe inside (and patio seating when the weather's nice). The deep dish is handcrafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and signatures like "The Lou" (spinach, mushrooms, and a cheddar twist) or classic sausage are consistently praised for being flavorful, perfectly flaky on the crust, and worth the typical 40-45 minute wait (pro tip: order ahead for carryout or delivery to save time). Their thin crust is also a standout—crispy, tasty, and a nice lighter option alongside the deep dish. Service is outstanding—friendly, attentive staff who know the menu inside out and make the experience feel personal and fun. Portions are generous (a large can easily feed a group), and sides like the fresh Malnati salad pair perfectly. It's family-friendly, handles crowds well, and has that true Chicago pizza pride without feeling touristy. Overall, I'd give it a strong **4.7/5**—top-tier deep dish that's consistently delicious, great atmosphere in a prime Naperville spot, and service that keeps people coming back. If you're in the area (or even driving through), Lou Malnati's downtown Naperville is a must-try. You won't leave disappointed—it's the kind of place that makes you plan your next visit before you finish your slice!

Everything was sooo good!! My husband and I got the Chicago classic pizza and the honey BBQ wings. The food was absolutely delicious! The wings were so crispy and the honey BBQ sauce was spot on. The pizza not only had an amazing tasting tomato sauce but the crust also had a fantastic flavor! Our waiter Paul was so nice and made the night even more enjoyable!

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten Lou Malnati’s, especially a sit down. I decided to try out the Oakbrook location. It’s a good location with ample parking. We were seated in the bar area which was fine. Btw if you sign up for their rewards, you get a free personal pizza. We ordered ravioli crisps, personal size the Lou, and personal size classic. The ravioli crisps are good if you like ravioli. It tasted better than the canned version and it was very cheesy. The personal size is not enough for a grown man, I probably could have eaten two of these. Next time, if I have a craving I’ll get the small. I got the classic with extra sausage. The pizza was good, I just wished I had more of it. Service from the bartender was great. She was very attentive. I’ll give this a 4 out of 5. I just wished they labeled the sizes like if the small size was 12”.

I am not too excited about the thin crust pizza they offer. However, the deep dish never ceases to impress. This time around I had a veggie deep dish at this location and I was pleased. I like the way they decorated the restaurant. I like the industrial feel. The service is nice and easily approachable. Nice people to deal with.

We went there on our first day trip to Chicago. We ordered pizza and buffalo chicken wings. We were not impressed by chicken wings at all but we did enjoy our pizza. The classic deep dish pizza was great. The crust was soft at the same time crunchy. It had bit of less cheese, so my husband really enjoyed it. Its not like I didn’t enjoy but I like more cheese
